The Order It system provides a central location for the ordering and approving of products used in human trials for DMID. Site personnel must obtain approval from the DMID to access the Order It system and order study product.
To request access, log on the Order It website at https://www.order-it.org/ and click on "Request Account". If this is your first time using the Order It system, please click on the “HELP” menu for a self-guided tutorial. If you still have questions, assistance can arranged by sending an email request to
DMIDProductSupportTeam@niaid.nih.gov. If you are requesting access to a new protocol, log into the system and select “My Account” and add the protocol. DMID will review and approve, accordingly.
As a reminder, before the order can be filled all orders placed must be approved by the DMID.
To order product, the Regulatory Affairs Support contractor must receive a copy of the following site-specific documents:
- Principal Investigator’s 1572 or Investigator of Record (IoR)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval
- DMID Site Activation Notification
